Geocache Description:

Very short walk from pavement. No bushwacking. Cache is well hidden. The camouflage tape is a good match for surroundings. Caveat: Vagrants may make their homes in the woods. if this causes you concern for your safety, skip this one.

 A JOE Cache(Just Off Exit)
In a wooded area close to I-95. Parking is on an unfinished street stub. Food, fuel and restrooms close by for travelers. Cache is a plastic cookie jar wrapped in camouflage tape hidden at the base of a small tree. Please make sure top is closed, and replace UPOS for camo. When I set it, the pencil I brought wouldn't fit in the container so BYOP. You may see some above ground water lines, Cache is not attached, on, or in them. No need to walk on anything but level ground.
