KT's Smashed Cash Cache Traditional Cache

Smashed coins can usually be found around tourist areas. Most machines that make them are hand cranked, some are electric. Smashed pennies generally cost 51 - 76 cents each.
While this isn't a tourist area, we thought it would be a neat hide since KT, our geo-teen, collects them. There are about 2 dozen smashed pennies, also known as elongated pennies or squished pennies in this cache - but all elongated coins are welcome. If you do not have a smashed coin and would like to start a collection, this is the cache for you! For the FTF, there is a smashed penny collectors book, if you would like it.
FYI - The ground is sometimes soft in the area of the cache, especially after a rain.
This cache has been placed on our property, so don't worry about trespassing. Be sure to say "hi" if you see us. It is OK to park along the street. Feel free to bring along a trash bag to carry out leaves... part of our "Cache In, Leaves Out" policy!!
