Geocache Description:

This cache is located in Corps of Engineers Lower Lake Area. Only a 1.9 mi. drive from I-30, so if you are traveling, this is a great place to get out and stretch your legs for a few moments. This is a very busy spot during warm weather. Located just below DeGray Lake, there is access to the Caddo River to launch a canoe or go tubing. There is a canoe rental facility nearby, open during summer months. The park has a picnic area, pavilion, and playground. Plenty of parking is available.

You will be looking for a lock and lock container covered with camo tape, just a short trek from the parking lot. Please replace the cache the way it was found, so the next cacher will have the same challenge.

While you are here, take a little time to explore the area, have a picnic, or even take a float trip on the Caddo River. I hope you enjoy this cache and nice park!
