Geocache Description:


There is getting less & less here to mark the corner but years ago this was a gathering place for the locals as well as a place to get gas. This corner has also been a target for realignment but it never seems to make it through all the layers of governmental hoops.

This place is probably best known to Nebraska kids about a generation ago because you had to be 18 in Kansas to buy alcohol whereas it was 21 in Nebraska. Many a beer run stopped at this little station.

In combining the first two paragraphs, the general observation of the neighbors is the higher the ETOH level the farther around the curve you made it before wrecking the vehicle. With that in mind don't drink & drive, always wear your seatbelt & happy caching!
