Geocache Description:

North Charleston's Waterfront Park may be difficult to find but is a treasure on the Cooper River at the "Old Navy Base".

Cache is in a camoed round plastic container. If you can find how to drive to the dog park you will be surprised how easy it could be but my objective is to have you discover and enjoy this park, the picnic area, the fishing piers and the Navy Base Memorial and of course the little known dog park.
