Geocache Description:

For those of you who don't want to read my story, here's what you need to know: The cache is a blue container large enough to hold swag, small TB's, coins, and a log. You can park right next to it. Please remember to bring a pen.

For the rest of you... While I was looking for a cache nearby, I noticed a set of old railroad ties that looked like steps. When I got to them, I saw that they lead to a footpath along the Dumbarton bridge. Though I lived in the Bay Area for a number of years, I had no idea that one could run, bike, or even walk a dog across the bridge. In case there were others who didn't know about this, I decided to place a cache here. Although the immediate area is not the cleanest, you can get some great views of the wetlands from up on the bridge. Since I no longer live in the area, two local cachers have graciously agreed to sponsor this hide. Sticking to the dog theme, I want to thank oneangrypuppy and his owner frivlas for their sponsorship of this cache.
