Geocache Description:

The insufferable environmentalist in me just couldn’t resist putting a cache here, as well as the Vasco Road bookend cache Son of Hellen and Orseis. The grandson of this rather, uh..er, unusual coupling (those crazy Greek Gods!), is Phaeton. The impetuous young lad who borrowed his Dad’s ride one ill fated day. Fortunately for us, with the aid of his mighty steeds Pyrios, Aeos, Aethon and Phlegon, their son carries on his daily work in a most powerful way.

Ample pullout next to cache, best if approached Southbound (towards Livermore). Vasco can be quite busy, so use care when pulling over and if you park just right, your car will hide your search. Cache is wheelchair accessible assuming one drives to the location.

Bonus points: Who is their son and what was unusual about this couple. Please encrypt answer.
