OUR FIRST GEOCACHE HIDE! Nice walking trail. Cache is a short distance off trail. Please park nearby at N39 45.100 W 094 49.081. New highways caused this one to be abandoned, yet it is still a scenic sight.
Original contents include: Log book with pen/pencil/sharpener. Trade items are a DVD, book-on-tape, kid's CD/ puzzle, child's necklace, deck of cards, hotwheel, ballcard, and stickers. Update 7/7/21: I replaced tis one today. It is now a nano. Bridge was left to overgrowth and the elements but now it is cleared and cleaned to be used as part of the new Disc Golf Course for this park. Disc golf basket #2 actually goes over this bridge. So now it is not a bridge to nowhere as it is used for Disc Golf! So now with this being the case please be aware of these type muggles when searching for it. You may need tweezers, etc for retrieval of log since it is now a nano. You used to have to go around last barricade to get below it but now a tree limb acts as a barrier. You can easily reach it from the deck side of the bridge now. Use the hint. Permission was obtained from City Parks Department.
