Cache for a Kid: Jigsaw Puzzle Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

rocky is a very good doggie: Went to check on cache. Did not find the box which last log had indicated was "messed up."

I am not going to replace the jigsaw puzzle. The final has been removed.

I plan to archive the others in the series in the coming weeks. The final for the series is expected to be archived on September 1, 2016.

Geocache Description:

The posted coordinates give the location of a jigsaw puzzle. The puzzle must be put together in order to get the coordinates to the final cache.

You will enjoy a nice walk from the parking lot at N 42° 14.075 W 088° 14.035. The trail meanders through some woods, along the edge of a prairie, and around a pond. The hike from parking to this first stage is about three-quarters of a mile.

Once you reach this first stage, look for a small container which holds the puzzle pieces. There is a sheltered table nearby where you are to spend some time working on the puzzle. The puzzle is two-sided and both sides have identical backgrounds so it might be more challenging than most jigsaw puzzles because of that feature. You should allow between fifteen minutes and one half-hour to assemble the puzzle.

Once you complete the puzzle, you'll want to return it to its nearby hidey spot and head back to parking. The final stage is not located in this same park but it is not far away.
