Haunted Crypt Traditional Cache

Riverview Cemetery
S.W. Portland
There is a small winding access road up and into this huge cemetery starting at Macadam ave. near the west end of the Sellwood bridge.
Along this access road is an old, unused, rusted, crumbling, ivied crypt. This place is special in that it is possible to make it sound loudly haunted. If one person (maybe a prank victim) stands at its door and listens quietly (at night is preferable), another person in a VERY nearby location (easily hidden if pranking) can bellow shockingly loud ghostly screaming/moaning/speaking into the crypt without giving away their location or making external noise. The victim will hear the noise coming from inside the crypt, right on the other side of the heavy locked and gated door. It's an amazingly spooky effect! Find the method/means for that noise-making (a tiny puzzle for you) and you'll find the cache.
The cache container is a plastic film can, externally marked as a geo-cache, containing a logsheet and mini-pencil.
No hint below because none is needed.
WARNING: if it's rainy/muddy/wet this can be VERY SLIPPERY and difficult to access. Even on a dry day it's a little tricky - be careful.
