Located in Tobay Beach along a sand path.
This cache is placed to recognize Bill's (WRR) finding his 3,000th cache.
It is placed in Tobay Beach along a sand trail. Please do not go on the dunes ot trample any plants. The cache is a medium sized, camo'd lock n' lock with several trade items.
The beach is available all year round but during the summer months, there is a fee for entry. You can avoid the fee, during the summer, by getting here after 5:00PM.
