Times Beach Nature Preserve Consolation Prize Traditional Cache

We have been hanging out at Times Beach much more than we care to admit after being lured here a few years ago by Team X-Treme’s Sherlock Holmes’s Cache “The Game’s Afoot. Figuring it would be just as easy to do maintenance on two caches down here as one, we plopped another decon container into the park on one of our trips here a few weeks ago. Now after you decide to conquer the twists and turns of the less than direct route to the park, don’t be discouraged as you can get here from there, you’ll at least have the opportunity to search for a few caches to make the journey worth while. Be sure to be on the look out for a small herd of deer as well as a small flock of turkeys that call this preserve home and be sure to explore a bit to find informational kiosks and displays which tell the history of the location.
