This cache is placed on private land, with the land owners
permission. The cache is hidden in his yard. Feel free to wave or
say hi if you see anyone. You can park anywhere it looks safe. You
will not have to disassemble or deface anything to find the cache.
Resist the temptation! Please do not attempt this cache at night,
as you might discover the business end of the cranky old man's
