Geocache Description:

This is the best place to see the lay out of Whangamata. From the look out you can watch the boats coming and going, surfers on the bar (at low tide) and the panorama of Whanga in front of you. Terrain is gentle sloping and a short walk from the car park to GZ at the end of the road.

Take the turn off to Onemana, turn right into peninsular road, follow that to the end, its a forestry road which closes at 7.00pm, remember to keep your lights on full while on road.

Cache is a 2 litre sistema container with the usual goodies, log book etc.
