No gaire lluny del poble de Premià de Dalt,i en un sector de fàcil accés hi ha les restes d'un poblat ibèric que degué tenir el seu moment de màxima puixança entre els segles V i III aC i que va ser abandonat cap al segle I aC. Situat a la falda d'un turó, el nucli estava distribuït en terrasses per salvar el desnivell. Les excavacions iniciades als anys setanta del segle XX van descobrir les restes de diversos habitatges, un carrer empedrat, així com nombroses mostres de ceràmica.

El catxè es troba prop del recinte de la Cadira del Bisbe.

Not so far from the village of Premia de Dalt, and in one area there is easy access to the remains of a village iberico that certainly had its moment of maximum splendor between Vi III centuries BC and who was buried for a century BC.
