Cache is a screwtop twice as long as a film canister.
Within site of the mothballed Wesleyville generating staion.
I find it funny that the sign at the front of the property says "Wesleyville G.S." when it has never done so much as powered a toaster!

Please use stealth when grabbing the cache, as there are lots of passerbys.
