Take a Hike Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Reviewer Revan: Cache Owner (CO) has not responded, so I am regretfully archiving this cache to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking new cache placements.

Geocache Description:

This is the freshly remodeled McPherson Park. It is really cool!

I love these type of caches where there is no short cut. It makes me get out of the truck and work a little. You'll have to park in McPherson park and hike up the trail to the cache.

4-28-08 Update: I used to love this cache, if you tried to short cut it, you had to navigate some of the toughest thorns and briars in the city. This forced you to stay on the trail. So what did the city do? They cleared all the good stuff and made it easy to walk direct to the cache.

The cache is a 6" x 8" round PB jar full of small toys for the kids.
