-Rusty-: It has been brought to my attention that this cache is located on private property without permission and regretfully must be archived.

Comments like go at your own risk or go at night to avoid problems are not appropriate for a cache page listed at this site.

The railroad companies own the railroads not the state and if this is not a rails to trails then geocaching is definitely not allowed.

abandoned railroad spur, train graveyard.

Apparently one person was recently told that the spur is private property and was sent away. As far as I know railroad tracks are all owned by the state.... but I could be wrong.. so, find this cache at your own risk. Go at night and it shouldn't be an issue. don't make a scene.
