To locate the actual cache, perform the following to obtain the last 3 digits of some 'intermediate' North and West coordinates:
Question #1: In was year was El Chupacabra spotted spotted in Turner, Maine, by Michelle O'Donnell? The digits of the year equal ABCD.
Question #2: In what year did Phyllis Canion of Cuero, Texas, spot the disturbing situation described in the link? The digits of the year equal EFGH.
Using the information you researched, calculate the set of 'intermediate' coordinates at:
N41 24.(D) (D+A) (Ex3) W090 34. (E) (H-E) (A)

Important!!!!..... Due to the removal of a prior beacon, to those 'intermediate' geo-checked coordinates, subtract .034 from the N coord and add .018 to the W coord.
Then go find the cache with those revised coords.
