This is a great park, and one that always has a surprise or two in the terrain. I set these caches out for the upcoming gathering at the park in order to have some new stuff for the old hands. I wanted to get folks out to the margins between town and country. This place reminded me of a movie set and so I plunged in to investigate. Decided in the process to drop a cache. There are deer tracks and coyote tracks around. So look for the abundant wildlife. When you make it to the cache you will be standing in a Sand Pine habitat, on top of an old systems of dunes deposited in the past when this was the shoreline (or deeper). Enjoy the walk.
