Nasz cache na wschodnim krancu Uznamu. Od konca promenady ok. 15 min. piechota. Od “Geocaching bez granic 1” lub “Geocaching bez granic 3” ok. pol godz.
Wschodni kraniec
Ten cache mial byc poczatkowo finalem naszego multicache’a. Naszym celem bylo pokazanie wam miasta, poniewaz wiekszosc odwiedzajacych Swinoujscie, tych miejsc zapewne nigdy by nie poznala.
Swinoujscie bylo do czasu zniszczenia go przez amerykanskie naloty bombowe krotko przed koncem wojny, kwitnacym kurortem nadmorskim, z hotelami, pensjonatami i domami zdrojowymi. Jedna z pozostalosci jest cudem nie zniszczona przez bomby muszla koncertowa przy promenadzie. Jest tu rowniez wiele innych miejsc, ktore czekaja na „odkrycie“.
Z naszego multi nie bylismy jeszcze calkiem zadowoleni, tak ze pudelko lezalo schowane ok. 18 miesiecy az “Lonfies” usytuowali niedaleko swoja ciekawa serie a jedna z budow niebezpiecznie zblizyla sie do naszego schowka. Tak wiec znalezlismy nowe nieco dalej polozone miejsce i nasz cache mozna teraz wlaczyc do ciekawej cache-rundy po Swinoujsciu. Znajduje sie on niedaleko zachodniego falochronu. Z „Wiatraka“ na glowce rozciaga sie piekny widok na uznamskie plaze a takze na Swine i Port. Po drugiej stronie rzeki widac najwyzsza (68m) Latarnie Morska baltyckiego wybrzeza. Wybudowana w latach 1856-57, rowniez posiada bardzo ciekawa historie. Zaleznie od kierunku spaceru mozna znalezc tu i inne interesujace budowle.
Do “wydobycia” cache’a potrzebne bedzie dodatkowe “narzedzie”. Prosze go znowu dobrze zamaskowac, szczegolnie w lecie panuje tu duzy ruch.
Ein Cache am östlichsten Zipfel der Insel Usedom. Vom Ende der Promenade etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Von / Zu den Caches "Geocaching ohne Grenzen 1 " oder "Geocaching ohne Grenzen 3 " etwa eine halbe Stunde.
Dieser Cache sollte einmal der Final eines Multicaches werden. Unser Ziel war es, euch etwas von der Stadt zu zeigen, weil die meisten Besucher es gerade mal bis zum Markt hinter der Grenze schaffen. Swinemünde war bis zur Zerstörung durch den fürchterlichen amerikanischen Bombenangriff kurz vor Kriegsende, ein blühendes Ostseebad, mit Hotels, Pensionen und Kurhäusern. Ein Zeugnis dafür ist die, wie durch ein Wunder vom Bombenangriff verschont gebliebene, Musikmuschel an der Promenade. Hier in Swinemünde gibt es also noch einiges zu entdecken. Leider waren wir mit unserem geplanten Multi nicht zufrieden. So lag die Dose etwa 18 Monate schön versteckt und unveröffentlicht in der Nähe der Promenade. In der Zwischenzeit hat "Longfies" eine schöne Cacheserie platziert und eine Baustelle ist bedrohlich nahe an das alte Versteck herangerückt. Also wurde für die Dose, etwas weiter abseits, ein anderes Versteck gesucht. Der Cache lässt sich jetzt gut in eine große Swinemünde-Runde einbauen. Er liegt in der Nähe der Westmole. Vom markantem Molenkopf, mit dem als Windmühle "verkleidetem" Molenfeuer, hat man eine herrliche Sicht entlang der Usedomer Ostseeküste. Es bietet sich ein schöner Blick über die Swine und das Treiben im Hafen. Auf der anderen Seite des Flusses ist der mit 68m höchste Leuchtturm der Ostseeküste zu sehen. Gebaut in den Jahren 1857-59 blickt auch er auf eine spannende Geschiche zurück. Je nachdem von wo man kommt, entdeckt man am Weg noch andere interessante und "cachewürdige" Bauwerke.
Um den Cache zu bergen, benötigt man u.U. etwas "Werkzeug". Bitte wieder gut tarnen, besonders im Sommer muggelt es gewaltig!

This Cache was meant to be the Final of a Multicache. It was our aim to show parts of the town, because most visitors never get any further than the market behind the border.
Before it was destroyed shortly before the end of the Second World War, Swinemunde has been a flourishing seaside-health resort with hotels and spa houses.
However, we had to change our plans and decided the Cache to be a Traditional one. Nevertheless you can do a nice Swinemunde tour if you want to find the Cache.
The Cache is placed near the western mole. From the prominent molehead with the windmill-shaped beacon you have a wonderful sight of the coast, the Swine and the haven.
To recover the Cache you might need some "tools". Please hide the Cache very good again. Especially during the summer time there are many "Muggles".
