So ye wish to find our treasure d’ ye? First ye be need’n to find our Chinese Treasure (GC181XY). If the winds be favorable and ye succeed then ye’ll possess the secret KEYWORD. The Coordinates above only take you to an anchorage, not the treasure.

Ahoy! I’m Cap’n Bismuth. Me and m'first mate, Mr. Parker, the geodog, have hidden the treasure of the HMS Seasnail. Mind ye, this be real treasure! None of that scurvy, barnacle-covered, plastic here. We’ve horded coins from the seven seas, made of copper, nickel, zinc and steel. Some are set with rings and ready to hang from yer maggoty ear or nose or even yer keychain.

Ye must have the secret Keyword, a quick mind, and a spirit of adventure to find the treasure. Can ye do it?

1. Each letter stands for a number. Using A=1, B=2, C=3, etc
2. Write yer numbers in a row
Example – If the Keyword is CAT, C=3, A=1 and T=20. And the string would be 3120
3. If yer sails are set right ye’ll now have THIRTEEN numbers. Throw the last three numbers to Davy Jones. Ye’ll have TEN numbers remaining.
4. Cut this in the middle and make two numbers, AAAAA (from the first five numbers) and BBBBB (from the last five numbers).
5. Add 12394 to the number AAAAA. You’ll get five numbers yyyyy. This will give you minutes of North Latitude 28° yy.yyy’
6. Add 534 to the number BBBBB. You’ll get five numbers xxxxx. This will give you minutes of West Longitude 81° xx.xxx'

YER NOT THERE YET! When ye reach this spot ye must use yer compass and yer boots. Take ten PACES towards the setting sun (that's WEST). Ye should find yer nose to a tree. Look down and behold the treasure.

Ye be welcome to add to our booty but only in real coinage. If ye puts plastic treasure in this cache the curse of the seasnail be upon ye!
