Take a nice, pleasant hike through the Tucson Mountains on the
David Yetman Trail to reach this one. Along the way, be sure to
enjoy the fantastic and rugged scenery which is only a few short
miles from the urban sprawl of the city. Cache is a smallish size
container I placed on a whim out here one day, containing a
logbook, a shot glass, and a few other trinkets whose sum total
value has been Bob Barker certified at a retail price of $1.09.....
I digress.
Best parking is to be had at the south end of Camino de Oeste
just off of Gates Pass Road.
REMEMBER (yes....this means everyone) that the Tucson Mountains
Park is closed from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please...no sneaky night caching
on this one.
