Geocache Description:

This is a small click-lid cache box, full of little swaps and a FTF certificate, situated just off the footpath out of the village of Loxley. It's name come from the fact that it is near to 'Demand Coppice' but, in reality, it is slightly closer to Oakham Coppice (but I couldn't resist calling it "Cache on Demand!")

Parking is available in Manor Lane. At the bottom of which you will find the start of the footpath required to reach the cache (see photo). Alternatively you can park in Hilltop, a small road opposite The Fox pub, and walk along the main road past the school then left into Manor Lane to reach to start of the footpath. Once there follow the footpath signs through some fields, over some styles and through a couple of kissing gates all the way to the cache!
We saw pheasants and sheep on the way and the children loved the walk - enjoy!

CONGRATULATIONS to Delta68 on being First To Find on Christmas Eve 2007!!
Delta68 approached this cache from the A429 end of the footpath and their log has some very handy advice to dog-owning cachers... "Route to cache from South side is dog friendly but takes you down someone's driveway, through a small farmyard and past the anglers and would probably only be advised if you have dogs as the route from North side has three stiles one of which is totally dog proof"
