Original contents: Shreck stickers, Spiderman stickers, vegetable
peeler, fishing lure, whistle, Nascar key chain, 2 Bingo markers,

**NOTE** Thanks to Jeep'en Jumpers, a few errors were pointed out
on the original milage in the directions. These have been corrected
and should be more accurate now. 12/23/07 1500.
The above coordinates is your starting position in this road rally.
You will start there and then follow the directions below. Along
the way, you will look for clues. The answers to those clues will
give you the coordinates to a micro cache which will contain the
coordinates for the final cache which is in an ammo box.
It is best if you have another person with you to navigate the
directions and write the clues down. During the collection of the
clues, you will always be on a paved street, except for a time when
you are in Yuma Palms Mall.
I wrote the directions as precise as I could. Make sure you read
carefully and have a full tank of gas when you begin. Here we go:
Start at the coordinates listed above. You should be on a street
with a power transformer to your left. Travel east less than 0.1
mile.
Clue 1) Look for a 4 digit address that makes you think of
Christopher Columbus. Write down the second digit.
Continue east. Turn Left, Right, Left and then Left onto the
“ocean” Ave. Turn Left at 1.0 mile
Clue 2) At 0.2 mile, look for a type of tree you might sleep in.
Take the second letter and transform it to a number (A=1, B=2, C=3,
etc)
Make a U Turn and make a Left onto the “ocean” Ave.
Clue 3) In 0.5 mile, look at the local call letters. Subtract 2
from the amount of letters.
Turn left at 0.1 mile into Yuma Palms Mall. Turn Right, follow
curve to stop sign. Turn Right, follow curve, Turn Right at stop
sign.
Clue 4) 0.7 mile FROM THE LAST CLUE: __________City. Take the
second letter, transform it into a number and add 1.
Turn Right onto 8th St. and a right at the 4 way stop. Turn Right
in 0.9 miles. Turn Left in 0.9 mile. Turn Left in 0.7 mile. Make
the first Left and then Right in 0.2 mile.
Clue 5) An expensive metal. Add the number of letters in the word
and subtract 1.
Make U Turn. Turn Left, Right, Left onto “state” Avenue. Go past
Stop Light. At 4 Way Stop, bear Right. At next Stop Sign, turn Left
onto “island” Drive. Turn Right at Stop Light, Left at next Stop
Light and then Left at second Stop Light. At 0.4 mile, turn Right
At 0.2 mile:
Clue 6) Find the Last Name of a person on the sign for the
Community Complex. Add the number of letters in the name and
subtract 1.
Turn Left and in 1.7 miles, turn Right at the Stop Sign. At 1.0
mile turn Right and at 0.7 mile:
Clue 7) __________of Joy. Take the 6th letter and transform it into
a number.
In 0.2 mile, turn Right at the Stop Light:
Clue 8) What is the speed limit? Add the 2 numbers together and
subtract 3.
At 4.3 miles:
Clue 9) _______ ___ Sol. Add the numbers of letters of the two
words and subtract 1
In 1.0 mile, turn Right. Turn Right at 1.6 miles. Turn Left at 0.2
mile. At 0.2 mile:
Clue 10) A type of nut. Add the number of letters and add 1.
Take the 10 numbers you got from the clues and place them into the
following coordinates:
N32 XX.XXX W114 XX.XXX
At these coordinates, search for a nano cache.
In there you will find a paper with the final coordinates. Please
return this for the next person.
Head toward the final cache. This will be an ammo box with a lock.
The combination of the lock is: 2 9 0
FTF receives a $10 gift card to Burger King.
There are a few Travel Bugs and Geocoins in the cache. If you take
one, please move it along to another cache. Thanks for your

A great big Thank You to Bob, the owner for the final placement of
the cache. He asks that this be done only during the hours of 9 am
to 9 pm so as not to disturb the “residents”.
