I keep a close watch on this heart of mine
I keep my eyes wide open all the time
I keep the ends out for the tie that binds
Because you're mine, I walk the line

Opened in November 2007, Ephrata’s Linear Park spans a length of the former railway, running south from Fulton Street in Ephrata for .8 miles towards Akron. The 12-foot wide paved path is well lit and accessible from 5:00 AM until 11:00 PM, allowing you to walk the line! Benches, trashcans, doggie bags and guardrails in steep areas make this a nice addition to Ephrata’s park systems.

This is a 3-stage multi that runs the length of Linear Park. Total round-trip will be 1.6 miles to the end and back. The first two stages are small containers, hidden close to the trail. The final stage is a regular cache, located about 30 feet from the actual trail. Trades and TB's welcome in final stage.

Very slight climbing is involved for parts one and three, so terrain is listed as a 1.5; overall difficulty is a 2 due to heavy muggle traffic.

While in the park, keep your eyes open for Ratjam’s “Off the Beaten Path” (GC17HKB) is,well, off the beaten path and CCCA’s “Chartroose Caboose” (GC15R54) is just a walk up the line.
