Spring Gardens Parkettes Multi-Cache
AC70: I am unable to replace stage 5 as original and cannot find another location that I am happy with. Moreover, stage 4 has also gone missing and with several signs of teenage angst around the cache I don't feel a replacement would last very long. So I think we will give the neighbours in this community a summer break.

Spring gardens parkettes is a multistage cache that involves finding several micro caches, each giving co-ordinates to the next cache and eventually the final cache. A total walking distance of about 2 kilometres will see you walking through several small parks (i.e. parkettes) as well as along the neighbourhood streets of the Spring Gardens community (Bloor and Islington area). A pleasant walk on sunny warm days you will encounter many people and children enjoying the parks water pads and playgrounds. Some stages involve crossing a creek, which will be easy to do during dry times but can be unsafe after rainy spells or in the winter. Please use road (on Leland) or pedestrian bridge (on Van Dusen) during these times. This will increase walking distance by about 1.5 kilometres. Free parking can be found at the Fairfield’s Senior Centre which is also the location of the starting cache. I rated the overall difficulty at 3 as some of the caches can be challenging and hard to access. That said, the hints are fairly specific to help you along.

After some concerns surrounding SP1 (read early logs) I have included a by pass hint that would allow one to start at SP2 if so desired. You will have to decode and then transcibe using A=0, B=1, C=2 et-cetera if you do decide to start at SP2.
