You are looking for a camouflaged Lock & Lock type container at this great overlook of Lake Miccosukee. Lake Miccosukee is a 6000+ acre lake that is used for fishing and hunting of waterfowl.
There is a boardwalk with built in seating for your fishing comfort, so feel free to bring your fishing gear. If you have binoculars, they would be of some use for doing some bird watching, as well as searching for some of those semi-submerged gator eyes.
No need to get near the road or the barrier. No need to leave the Boardwalk, either. Parking is available at the boat ramp on the Leon County side of the boardwalk.
