The Escalators
The Wheaton station of the Washington Metro system is home to the longest single-span escalators in the Western Hemisphere. At 508 feet long, it'll take you 2 minutes and 45 seconds to ride up or down. Curiously, this isn't the deepest station on the Metro. That honor goes to Forest Glen, which has elevator-only exits due to its extreme depth.

The Puzzle
The posted coordinates lead to the Wheaton Metro station on the Red Line. To find the final, you'll need to visit these escalators, answer the questions below, and complete the coordinates. The escalators are inside the station, and you may need to purchase a fare card to gain access to the area. However, several cachers have reported that the station manager will allow you in if you explain that you'd like to see the escalators.

A: At the top of the escalators, before passing through the arch, how many canister lights are on the ceiling? (Between the arch and the escalators.)
B: How many escalators are there?
CD: At the bottom of the escalators there are English and Spanish versions of the same sign. How many letters are there on the first row of the English version? (This row starts with the word "Do".) Multiply this by 4 to get your final 2-digit number, CD.
The Cache
The final is located in an area significant for other reasons. The walk from the Metro station should only take a few minutes.
Both locations are handicapped accessible, assuming that the Metro station's elevator is in service. This link displays Metro elevator outages.
The cache container will hold small trading items. Please bring your own pen.
