A Garden Variety Hide Traditional Cache
sub32: The area has been completely cleared so the cache is certainly gone and it looks unlikely that the area will support a cache like this after construction is complete so this one has reached its end after about a 12 year run.

I have noticed that many difficult caches, especially 1K challenges, say right in their descriptions that "these are not your garden variety hides". Just in case there are any linguistically-challenged people out there who don't know what that means, here IS a garden variety hide for comparison purposes.
I had very solid GPS reception at this cache, so the coordinates should be good. Even if they're not, you should be able to find it based on the hint. Please remove just the top of the container to avoid damaging it.
