A traditional cache hidden in an interesting historical location.
A very picturesque and probably little-known historical landmark on the Hurunui River in North Canterbury.
Turn onto Ethelton Road at the northern end of the single-lane bridge over the Hurunui on State Highway 1, travel about 3.8 km and bear left onto Cat Hill Road, travel a further 3.4 km on a good gravel road to a fisherman’s access.
