A larger cache near a creek in a nice neighborhood park
Came to this park to find another cache, and liked the park so much that I put my own cache here in order to have an excuse to come back for maintenance. There are a lot of lovely houses across from this large open park. The cache is a relatively large tin container that used to hold a bottle of whiskey. There should be plenty of trade items to start with, and plenty of room for more.
The specific area of the cache was a lot of fun for my kids. They kept calling it their "hideaway" or "fort" and promised me to take them back there again to play someday. It's a small "fort." The cache is outside the "fort."
Like most any city park, there are hours of operation from sunrise to one hour after sunset. Most of you are already familiar with this common rule but a potential FTF'er passed on the cache during a night hunt, so I will reiterate it here.
