Small Cache is a Small Park

Blue Bell Park is a great small park in Germantown. Nice place for a picnic or a softball game. Lots of dogs like to run around with their owners in tow. Some like to bark a lot, like the little one who was barking at us today. Some dogs don't bark as much, unless they're provoked.
