Hedgehog Hill Traditional Cache

The cache is a 30 Cal Ammo can located near the summit of Hedgehog
Hill (1322 Ft).
Hedgehog Hill is the bare rocky cliff which overlooks the town of
Deering. There is a small wind shelter at the summit and has
spectacular views to the East and South to Crotched Mountain. I
approached the summit from Hedgehog Mountian Rd parking at N 43
05.148, W 71 53.392. Pass the gate marked "Hikers Only, No wheeled
vehicles" and follow your GPS. There is a old 4x4 trail to the
summit occasionally marked with a flourescent orange dot. Distance
is 0.6 Miles.
