Bet you didn't know about this actor who grew up in Penfield.
Solve this puzzle and you'll learn something!

Peter Deuel was an actor who had many roles on TV and in various movies in the 1960's and 70's. He spent most of his childhood growing up in Penfield. You can read about him on this website: (visit link) You can also see the various shows and movies he was in on the imdb website at (visit link) The listed coordinates are for a building with a memorial plaque near its SE corner. This building was Peter Deuel's childhood home. This building is now a business and there is plenty of free parking nearby. No need to go in the building, you can get all the required information from the sidewalk. Please be courteous and respectful. You'll need information from this plaque and the area around it for the cache final.

The final location is a decon. container at N43 0a.bcd and W077 2e.fgh, where:

a = The third digit of the street number of the building to which the plaque is attached.
b = Number of letters in the name of the cemetary where he was buried (you'll need to do additional research on this; the answer is not located at the plaque).
c = Number of letters in the first name of the person who
donated the plaque.
d = Number of colons on the plaque.
e = 3 plus the number of electric meters on the east wall of the plaque's building, around the corner from where the plaque is mounted.
f = Number of marked handicapped parking spots on the east side of the building to which the plaque is affixed.
g = Number of colons plus the number of hyphens on the plaque.
h = Number of establishments that sell coffee and snacks that are located on the same side of the road between the plaque's building and the intersection of 5-Mile Line Rd. to the east, and are not Chinese Restaurants or Penfield Hots.
