Geocache Description:

The view is worth the trip and four wheel drive is best (a four wheeler is preferred). At the end of the trip, it is a short hike (100ft or less)to the cache. This cache is not recommended for winter.

The cache is a one gallon plastic container filled with an assortment of plastic butterflies, and a log book. The cache is overlooking a beautiful view of Brush Creek Canyon. Toward the end of the hunt, there is a gravel road that stops at a locked gate. Before you get to the locked gate, (about a 100 yards or so back), there is a gentle slopping hill, (even though it is gravel, it is not a well defined road) that you can drive down toward the canyon and cache. When you first start down, it may seem steep, but very driveable. Once down the slope, you will come upon a few trees at the edge of a drop-off. Walk down the drop-off, a short distance between two large rocks. If it is difficult, then you are going the wrong way. The terrain becomes very steep and dangerous a short distance past the cache, we recommend you go no further and if you have children, keep a close watch on them.
