THIS CACHE IS LOCATED ON PRIVATE PROPERTY, BUT
I HAVE PERMISSION FROM THE OWNER TO PLACE IT HERE, SO LOOK ALL
OVER, IT'S OKAY.
This shouldn't be too difficult to find. There is plenty of road
parking, and a nearby gas station to park at. Just be careful of
parking on the road during the winter season.
IT IS EASIEST IF YOU PARK ON RT. 90, THERE IS LESS TRAFFIC ON
THAT ROAD, BUT IT'S UP TO YOU. THERE IS ALWAYS PARKING AT THE GAS
STATION NEARBY.
Our goal is to have a
geocache placed in each state that reminds us of those heroes who
have died in the line of duty serving the public. This is not a
political agenda just a way to let others know about the good men
and women that have laid down their lives protecting and serving
all of us. This project includes Law Enforcement officers, Fire
Fighters, EMS and Military personnel. I would also like to place
patches of any kind in the geocache containers and allow visitors
to either sign the log or exchange a patch for one in the
container. If you decide you want to place a geocache of this sort
in your state please email me so I can count the states. Also if
you choose to place a story about the location please do so! Many
thanks to Otterbox for
donating the containers for the initial launch of this
project!
This cache is dedicated to Police
Officer Robert Daniel Targosz of the Gilbert Police Department in

Personal Note:
I actually attended Officer Targosz's funeral while serving with
the US Border Patrol, and this really struck close to home for me
and my fellow Agents, that is why I wanted to dedicate this cache
to Officer Targosz.

The cache is a waterproof Otterbox.
Initially it contains a geocoin and a travelbug, plus numerous
police agency patches. Feel free to exchange patches for other law
enforcement/fire/military patches if you feel like it. The cache is
located in a wooded area on my father's land, so you have
permission to poke around for it. If you do not find it, stop by
and have a chat with my dad, he'd be happy to give you a hint or
two. He lives in the house, just over the hill from the
cache.
