St Andrews
Parts of St Andrew's Church date back to the 12th century, namely the north chancel wall. The nave was built in the 14th century and extended in the 17th century. The wooden shingled spire was built in the late 1800s. Finally the vestry was added around 1907. The history of worship on this site dates back to around 1130 AD.
Number 31 in the series is a relatively easy magnetic micro to the rear of this pretty church. The cache has a log book only plus micro certificates and hand made micro churches for the first few finders but no pen so please bring one with you
If any body would like to expand to this series please do, I would just ask that you could let me know first so I can keep track of the Church numbers and names to avoid duplication
