Biography:
Doug and his wife Kristin have two daughters, Molly and Emma...was a three-time All-American at Wichita State and played on the Shockers' 1990 National Championship team...batted .341 with 30 homers, 190 RBI and 225 hits in 198 career games in three seasons...was inducted into the Wichita State Sports Hall of Fame in 2002...graduated from Valley High School in Las Vegas in 1989...In 2006, met with Jimmy Fund patients as part of their road trip to Atlanta, signed autographs and posed for photos with kids as part of the MLB Players Trust "Buses for Baseball" program, and helped promote the Wives Fenway Park A-Z book by participating in a Q&A session.
About the cache:
A quick park and grab. Before I started working at Wentworth Douglass I used to drive this road on my way to work everyday. I always wanted to place a cache here. Today was the day!
