Biography:
Became the first high school pitcher to be selected in the first round by the Marlins when he was the second overall pick in 1999...prior to the draft, was named the top high school prospect in the country by Baseball America...was the first high school right-hander to be selected as high as number two in the draft since Montreal took Bill Gullickson with the second pick in 1977...was named USA Today's High School Pitcher of the Year in 1999 after going 10-1 with a 0.46 ERA as a senior at Spring High School...enjoys hunting and fishing.
Cache is along the river in a senic spot near a state boat launch.
The cache is not winter friendly, but should be VERY easy to find even in the snow.
