The cache is not at the posted coordinates!

This is a 2 stage multi mystery cache. The final location reminded me of the fallen Twin Towers. When you find this cache, feel free to to pause for a minute and remember the victims of 9/11 as well as the heros that selflessly helped despite endangering their own lives as you're looking at the "Twin Towers".

The final is a camouflaged 1L bottle. Terrain is a 3.5 in the summer, 2.5 in the winter.

Park at N 41 49.718 W 088 19.220. From there, your mission is to find a sticker that will tell you the final location. This is how to find the sticker:

There are bird prints in the cement not too far from the parking lot of a determined bird that was walking almost right to that sticker. Just follow its direction, and the found coordinates will lead you to the final...
