A cache on one of La Canada's trails.
This cache is a camo Band-Aid tin located a short distance up one of LC's well-maintained trails. When I was a little kid (I'm still not "grown-up"..), this was a favorite area to come to play "army" in. lots of cover and open space, and perhaps best of all, we could make all the mess and noise we wanted to without the adults looking over our shoulders. As i was walking back this way, I noticed some remnants of a recent fort-building excursion by some neighborhood kids. I guess some things just don't change... This one is not right near the road, but it is only a short distance up the trail from easy parking. Continue on up this path to reach the "Cross-Town Trail" and more caches...
