THE CACHE IS NOT LOCATED AT THE ABOVE COORDINATES.
This is a large ammo box located off the main bike path at
Newport News Regional Park. Summer time may require a bit
more bush wacking than winter time. This is not a "park & grab" cache.
First Due is a term used in the Fire Service to identify the
fire apparatus that will respond into a particular area first.
In the city of Newport News, there are 10 first due areas.
Each area has a fire station located within it's bounderies. For example, district or area 6 is located in the Oyster Point area thus fire station 6 is known as the Oyster Point station and respond first due in that district/area.
To obtain the numbers needed to complete the correct coord's
for this cache, you will need to identify the Newport News first due fire station numbers that cover these areas.
A= Briarfield area.
B= Newport News City Hall.
C= East End area.
D= Lee Hall Mansion area.
E= Denbigh area.
F= Hilton Village area.
G= Newport News Park area.
H= Deer Park area.
