Ambrose and Arleigh's Play Yard Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

LavaLizard: Based on recent logs, it appears that this cache and/or the cache owner are MIA. Accordingly, I am archiving the listing to remove it from search pages and to allow for new caches in this area.

If the cache owner addresses the issues that lead to archival and contacts me within a reasonable period of time (6-8 weeks), it may be possible to unarchive the cache.

Thank you for your understanding and for your contributions to Geocaching.

Geocache Description:

Yea! I finally place my ammo can cache. Let's hope it lasts.

This is a park/rec center/ ball fields near our house where our two Westies (Ambrose and Arleigh) love to come, run and chase a frisbee. There are a couple of other caches in the area so this is tucked between them. Parking is best at the Scripps Ranch Rec Center lot. If there are games on this might be pretty tight. The cache is partway up a hill that will require at least 75 feet of bushwhacking. However, it's under a pretty obvious rockpile so you shouldn't have to search for long.
I'm sorry to put an ammo can that requires so much off trail stuff but I want to give it a fighting chance and the brush isn't too thick.
