Geocache Description:

Another picturesque point on the river.

Ramco Reserve (known as Ramco Point by my grandparents) is a gorgeous spot with large dead gums on the river flat and a lagoon nearby, which was dry when the cache was placed. Signs nearby indicate that the removal of wood is prohibited - dead or alive. When you see one of these signs you're at about the right spot to approach the cache without having to push through the lignum.
The best approach to this cache is the way I did when placing - by kayak! However car access is quite good into here.
Closer to the river there is a very large fallen tree - check it out. Its one of the biggest aboriginal canoe trees I have ever seen.
