Located at the very historic round Castle at Caracas Baai or Baya. Easy to get to and fun to find!
For those of you not familiar with our area just ask or head to Caracas Baai, also know as Baya. You want to head towards the very old round castle that sits atop a cliff overlooking the ocean at Baya, you can see it from miles away! You will pass a big marina on your left at Spanish Water, continue driving into the park, the castle is your goal, get there any way you can. You can park and start your adventure at 12.04.300N by 068.51.683W. You should be looking up a flight of 33 steps that takes you up to the castle. Follow the path until you find the entrance to the castle itself, there is an old wall with little square holes in it, walk thru the old gate (with missing doors) and there you will find the cache! The cache is not located on the castle itself but PLEASE take the time to explore, it's so beautiful! There are old rusted canons as well up in the castle they make for great Kodak moments! The cache is located just a few yards inside the entry, see the photo I attached, it overlooks the cache! Only one stone needs to be removed to expose the cache and please put it back the way you found it. Also, this is a high traffic area wait till you are alone to remove the cache, we want to keep it safe! Have a wonderful time!!
