The information needed to obtain the final co-ords of the cache can
be found in and around the area at The Linen Green.
The co-ords above are not for the final cache but are suggested
carpark co-ords.
The Linen Green has a design and visitor centre based at The
Loft. It focuses on Moygashel's textile heritage and is vital to
the regeneration of the whole area surrounding the village,
bringing the textile tradition of the area back to life. At the
centre you can trace the history of linen and see exhibitions by
young textile designers. In the village mall there are small craft
and design units that draw heavily on the textile industry. The
centre is also used by a wide range of community groups for classes
and activities.
If you park at the recommended co-ords the puzzle and final
retrieval of the cache can all be done within easy walking
distance.
It's a good idea, if you can park safely, to retrieve the
information you need from the mangle first. It can be found at the
entrance to The Linen Green at N54.29.350 W006.44.884. On the
plaque are two sets of numbers. One set is a date, the other a
three digit number. Take note. The three numbers = ABC The
date/four numbers = ADEF
The cache, for the most part, is wheelchair friendly although
the final location may be muddy in bad weather and on a slight
gradent it may be quite difficult to manoeuvre a wheelchair.
Back at the village mall count the number of long windows at The
Loft. The number = G
Look for Blueberry Cottage. The total of both numbers here =
H

Please use the utmost discretion at the cache location as it can
be a busy area. We are aware that there are signal problems at this
cache location. We took endless readings and used those that seemed
most stable. You may need to use the clue.
