Het voormalig munitiedepot van Molenheide vormt één van de belangrijkste heidegebieden die Limburg vandaag nog rijk is. De wegebbende militaire activiteit en het groeiende besef van de unieke natuurwaarden leidden uiteindelijk tot de aankoop van het domein door het Agentschap voor Natuur en Bos.

Benodigdheden:
- Een spiegeltje kan handig zijn.
- Een prikstok kan van pas komen om de cache te vinden.
Opgelet!
- Blijf steeds op de paden.
- Zelfs bij de cache hoef je het pad niet ver te verlaten.
- Draag zorg voor de mooie natuur, en ga de omgeving niet wild liggen omploegen. De cache is met wat geduld gemakkelijk te vinden.
- Wees discreet bij het loggen!
- Het gebied is enkel toegankelijk tussen zonsopgang en zonsondergang.
- Op coordinaat N 50°59.856 E 5°25.534 kan u parkeren. De weg naar deze parking is echter niet in perfecte staat. U kan echter ook parkeren voor het begin van de slechte weg, en het pad parallel met deze weg volgen om het eerste WP te bereiken.

The former ammunition warehouse of Molenheide is one of the most important heathlands that Limburg knows today. The decreasing military activity, and the growing notion of unique nature values have lead to the purchase of this field by the “Agentschap voor Natuur en Bos”.

- Even on the cache location, you don't have to leave the path.
- Take care of the beautiful nature, don't ruin it when searching with your stick. If you have some patience, and you are looking in the right spot, the cache can be found easily.
- Be discrete when logging!
- The area is only accessible by sunlight.
- You can park your car at the coordinates N 50°59.856 E 5°25.534. The road to this parking has become a little bit bumpy. However you can also park before the road starts to become bad, and follow the path parallel with this road to reach WP1.
