Incidently the Gimmerburn Ghost was....

Ian Smith was a sturdily built three quarter, equally good at either centre or on the wing, who had several effective seasons in All Blacks test sides in the mid 1960s. Smith was nicknamed "Spooky" and was also known as the Gimmerburn Ghost, from the small Otago rural club for whom he was playing when he was a surprise selection for the 1963-64 tour of Britain and France.

You wont find him near the cache as he's still alive!!
