What do you do when you’re injured, the weather is bad, and
you’re stuck indoors? You dream up puzzle caches! This is the first
of several that popped into my head during the holidays.
While listening to music one day I decided to use a little
creative license and rename some of the songs in my collection.
Your task is to determine the real song titles and the artists
(individual or group) who performed them. Add the number of
characters in the artist name (letters and numbers only) and do the
appropriate math. If a song has been recorded by multiple artists
choose the one which had the most commercial success with the song.
Do not add the word “The” to the name of any group. I’ll give you
letter A as an example:
Equine Minus A Moniker = A Horse With No Name performed by
America, 7 characters – 5 = 2
The rest is up to you. The cache is a well stocked ammo can.
